Am I there yet?
Someone asked me what I wanted for my birthday, and my mind went blank. After a while, I thought of a few things I would be pleased to receive, but I couldn’t think of a single thing I actually need.

Hope you had a lovely birthday.
I think it's a sign you're rich. We tend to measure how well off we are by what we don't have, or by what other people have. That approach will always leave us feeling hard done by I think as there will always be someone who has something expensive that we don't own ourselves.
If we have all we need then we're not doing so bad.
Just old, dear, just old.
When I was young I could always find something I wanted. Now I only buy what I need. It’s sad, really.
